INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROSPECTIVE AUTHORS
- Researchers, Academicians and Professionals interested to present a paper at the technical sessions are invited to submit a full length paper not exceeding six A4 size pages.
- Soft copy of paper should be submitted in .doc file as per the format specified below.
- Paper must start with an abstract of about 250 words along with maximum five keywords
- Soft copies of the papers in specified format should be uploaded on the website.

- Papers will be reviewed and scrutinized by the Technical Committee for the final acceptance
- Information about necessary revisions to be incorporated if any will be communicated to the corresponding author
- Authors of the selected papers will be notified of acceptance by e-mail
- At least one of the authors of the accepted papers must register for the conference
- Authors are required to submit an undertaking along with the paper which implies that it has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted it will not be published elsewhere in the same form
- The conference proceedings will be included in the conference publication program CPP (IEEE Xplore) for Computer, Electrical, Electronics & Communication and Instrumentation & Control engineering tracks. Best two papers from Chemical, Civil and Mechanical engineering tracks will be published in Nirma University Journal of Engineering and Technology (NUJET).
- A poster session will also be organized.
