Dear Author,

Please keep ready scanned copy (.pdf format only) of appropriate undertaking certificate (properly signed by all authors) before starting the uploading procedure.

• Click "Register Online" on Left Menu
• Enter Username, Password and other required Fields and get registered
• Select the option 'To proceed for attending the Conference only' or 'To proceed to register for Presenting Papers', and click 'SUBMIT'
• Do Login.


1. To proceed for attending Conference
Prospective Candidate should do Final registration to attend conference


2. To proceed for uploading of papers

Step-1 Click 'Upload paper', select the track of your interest.
Step-2 Enter Paper title, Paper Abstract, details of Co-author(s)
Step-3 Upload scanned copy of appropriate Undertaking Certificate.
Step-4 Upload paper(.doc / .docx as per specified format only. File size should not exceed 10MB.)
Step-5 Press Paper upload button. ( The Paper can be uploaded once only.)
Step-6 After incorporating reviewers' comments, authors need to submit Camera Ready Copy.

• Camera Ready Copy Submission contains Uploading of Camera Ready Copy and Paper title.
• Demand Draft should be in favor of 'Institute of Technology, Nirma University' Payable at Ahmedabad
• Final registration requires Demand Draft details like DD drawn, DD number, DD date and amount. No changes in these details would be possible after final registration by the participants.
